“It is believed that the experience of getting an Ayurvedic massage is like being loved. This gives a sense of warmth and joy to the person, enhancing blood circulation and flushing out toxins.”
— London Centre of Indian Champissage International

The Ancient Art of Full-Body Healing & Rejuvenation

In recent times, people have been turning to Ayurveda as a holistic approach to health and healing. Ayurvedic body massage (Abhyanga) has become one of the most popular and preferred types of bodywork worldwide.

Ayurvedic massage enhances blood circulation throughout the body, ensuring internal organs receive vital nutrients needed for optimal functioning. The massage stimulates and strengthens detoxification through lymphatic drainage, flushing out metabolic toxins.

It supports adipose tissue breakdown and assists healthy metabolism, which addresses primary root causes of modern lifestyle diseases. This massage enhances the flow of prana (life force) across the entire body, delivering physical, emotional, mental and subtle energetic benefits.

Regular sessions help slow the ageing process, keeping skin toned and youthful while preserving joint mobility and flexibility. It is also believed that receiving an Ayurvedic massage evokes the nurturing sensation of being truly cared for and loved, bringing deep emotional warmth and calm.

By calming the central nervous system, this massage significantly improves sleep quality and boosts natural immunity. This incredible training is exclusively available in the UK at our center or with our accredited trainers internationally.
